1. Parties

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded between, on one side, the service provider of the russiaevisa.ru website (“Company”), and on the other side, the user who uses the site and purchases services (“User”). By purchasing the services on the website, the User declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this Agreement.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the mutual rights and obligations regarding the transactions within the scope of the Russia e-visa application service made by the User through russiaevisa.ru. russiaevisa.ru is not an official institution directly affiliated with the Russian government; it is an independent private platform that provides guidance on the electronic visa (e-visa) process to applicants, document preparation, form filling, and consulting services.

3. Scope of Service

• Informing the User about the application status
• Providing support to the user when necessary
• Checking documents and preparing them in the appropriate format
• Filling out the Visa Application Form on the relevant government website
• Sending the E-Visa approved by the government authorities to the user
• Informing the user about the E-Visa application rejected by the government authorities

4. Pricing

The total fee specified on russiaevisa.ru consists of four separate items:

1. Official Fee (Government Duty): The fixed amount paid to the official visa system of the Russian Federation.
2. Service Fee: The additional fee charged for the preparation of the application process, document checking, consulting, and technical support.
3. Bank Commission: The average amount of deductions made by the POS company that mediates the payment transaction.
4. Compliance Verification Fee: The fee for the effort we spend reviewing the accuracy/errors of the information you have declared.
5. Additional Fee: If you wish to receive Fast or Extra Fast service, we may charge an extra fee.

The total payment is made by the user in a single transaction through the payment channel specified on the website.

5. Refund Policy

• Applications with a cancellation request made within 30 minutes after payment are eligible for a full refund.
• Pursuant to Article 15-ğ) of the DISTANCE CONTRACTS REGULATION, you do not have the right of withdrawal for “contracts regarding services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.”

• Cancellation/refund requests made after 30 minutes are invalid, and no cancellation/refund will be made.
• Cancellation or refund requests must be made only by sending an email to our official email address ([email protected]).
• All information requested in the E-Visa application form must be filled out by the user within the specified period; the rules in paragraph 2 apply to visa applications that exceed the deadline.
• In case of any overpayment (due to technical failure/internet interruption, accidental second application, etc.), the amount received will be refunded in full. Please contact us immediately upon noticing the error.

6. User’s Obligations

• That the information provided during the application is accurate and complete,
• That no forgery or false declaration has been made in the documents,
• That the application result is entirely at the discretion of the official authorities,
• Accepts that russiaevisa.ru has no influence over visa approval or rejection.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

• russiaevisa.ru is not responsible for technical issues of official institutions, system failures, visa evaluation processes, or delays.
• The user is responsible for all consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.
• russiaevisa.ru only provides consulting and application intermediary services.

8. Privacy

All information obtained from the User is protected within the framework of the Privacy Policy. Personal data is processed only within the scope of the application process and is not shared with third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (text, logo, graphics, software, visuals) belongs to russiaevisa.ru. It cannot be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

Turkish law shall apply to disputes arising from this agreement. In disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
